How to create a service that grows exponentially

- Identify a problem that is hard for people to solve
- Break that problem up into subproblems
- Order the subproblems on a timeline
- Ensure you have the talent to complete each subproblem if you don’t go back to step 2
- Give it a name
- Give it a price
- Ask people who are struggling with the problem to pay you to help solve it for them, and send them a contract
- Help them by using your process
- Get a review from your happy client
- Tell other people who are struggling with the problem about the review — return to step 7
